Launch of V2a Kit™ - Vasculogenesis to Angiogenesis

TCS Cellworks Ltd has launched the new V2a Kit™!

V2a Kit™ contains cryogenically preserved ampoule of cells so that you can seed the plate yourself and begin the assay at a time to suit you. V2a Kit™ is designed so that test compounds, conditioned media or tissue explants can be added to the culture at any time from the onset of vasculogenesis continuing through to advanced angiogenesis. The resulting effect on tubule formation can then be measured using TCS Cellworks AngioSys Image Analysis Software (ZHA-1800).

V2a Kit™ contains all of the cells and reagents necessary to successfully complete a 24 well angiogenesis assay. The kit contains a cryogenically preserved ampoule of matched cells, 24 well tissue culture plate, medium, supplements, control compounds and all staining reagents.

Attending ELRIG Exhibition

We attended ELRIG Cell Based Screening on 15th March at Hinxton Hall, Cambridge. It was great to meet everybody and show off some of our 3D models.

Go to the ELRIG website to view what exhibitions they have coming up. We will be attending ELRIG Drug Discovery on 7-8th September - you can register for free on the ELRIG so please come along if you can make it.

The next exhibition we will be attending will be Young Physiologist Symposium in Bristol on 6th June. Look out for us there!

The media included are 100ml already supplemented versions of the original catalogue products (without antibiotics/antimycotics) and have a shelf like of 3 months. Samples are shipped at room temperature but need to be stored at 4°C in the dark upon receipt.
