Product Launch: NANEX™ Stem Cell Expansion System
The NANEX™ Stem Cell Expansion System from Arteriocyte is designed for the efficient ex vivo expansion of hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) and progenitor cells (HPCs) derived from human bone marrow and umbilical cord blood. The NANEX™ cell culture substrate is a bio-functional nanofibre-based 3D scaffold that partially mimics the bone marrow stem cell niche. When used in combination with serum-free medium and a cocktail of growth factors, NANEX™ scaffold can facilitate the proliferation of HSCs/HPCs without significant loss of the stem cell phenotype. NANEX™ HSC Expansion Kit is the first and only product on the market that can expand HSCs and HPCs with superior performance and consistency.
